A complete fictional file, one result per record

A reproducible target-state acceptance run adjudicated 500 fictional fresh-debt records, produced separate operating queues, reconciled counts and balances, and completed with zero technical failures. No real consumer data, customer credentials, or live provider returns were used. The result demonstrates target-state behavior and report structure—not live-provider coverage, liquidation, legal outcomes, or current production throughput.
