Frequently Asked Questions

A dedicated page for trial scope, provider keys, sandbox mode, pricing mechanics, and operator review.

What does Gallus charge for?

Gallus charges for operator decisions, not raw data. The product is the reviewed outcome: proceed, review, block, or no usable result, with the reason and next allowed step attached.

Are third-party provider/API costs included?

No. Provider/API costs are separate. Agencies may use their own approved provider keys, or a separate provider wallet can be scoped during onboarding.

Where do agencies enter provider API keys?

The public site does not collect raw secret keys. Agencies identify their provider setup during trial request. Actual keys should be entered only through secure onboarding after the trial scope is approved.

Does sandbox mode call paid APIs?

No. Sandbox mode is a public-safe preview. It does not make live provider calls, upload private records, expose source-level evidence, or create billable API activity.

Is the free trial really free?

Yes. The free trial is a scoped evaluation run. Trial files, provider mode, and output format are reviewed before any live records or provider credentials are accepted.

Does Gallus contact consumers?

No. Gallus Resolve is a review and classification layer. It does not call, text, email, or perform collection activity.
